Got the "Beast" home

FINALLY brought my baby home, after sitting in storage for months!

This little lady is fairly grungy inside. Nothing I can't tackle though. I noticed a few things that I hadn't seen when we picked her up. I knew the oven temp knob was missing but, I see that we have some CHEESY replacement on the timer knob as well. The service compartment handle is broken. When I opened the oven, I noticed a big hole, at the bottom towards the stove. I've since realized that is where the "Light Here" plaque goes. Even if I could find just teh plaque, I doubt we could attach it. Thole is pretty big, rusted and irregular. So, I'll be looking for a new door or inner panel.

Tell me we don't have enough projects. The tire you see to right is the 23 T-bucket we are building. And, in the mirror, you can see a bit of the 74 Ford pickup we are restoring for my daughter. I won't even go into the house remodel!

Try right clicking on the X's and select Show Picture.

If that doesn't work. let me know I'll repost (stupid Kodak Gallery!)

It's a beauty. I know you'll have a great time fixing her up. At least with all this encouragement, it should be easy.
